The maps and directions below take you to some of the regular BEG meeting places. Documentation is available to any BEG members (members can have the password emailed to them by clicking here). The links at the foot of the page are links to other outdoor groups and outdoors related resources to help make expeditions and training weekends as successful as possible. To recommend a link or resource (or to gain access to the members only documentation) please use the contact form.

Discounts

BEG members are entitled to discounts at the following shops in the Borders – these discounts have been very generously donated so please do not abuse them or pass on any discount codes to non BEG members.

Members of the Borders Exploration Group have set up a Facebook group in order to stay in contact with one another: click here to join in.

It was agreed at the last committee meeting that any member carrying out a specific piece of work or training at the request of the committee could apply for travel expenses. Please find attached the application form for travel expenses kindly drawn up by Geraldine which should be used in future and passed to the committee via the Chairperson for consideration and approval
